1. How to register to Arriva Italia portal
To register to the Arriva Italia portal, click on "Sign In" on top right, then on "New User". Fill in the blanks and click save. You can change your informations once the registration is completed just by logging in the portal. the chosen email address will receive a confirmation request; click on the link inside the mail to confirm the profile. 
 
2. Why use a Facebook account to register?
Because you won't have to remember the password anymore. Also, please verify not to have blocked popups.

4. How to change the password
To change the password of your account, please enter the user profile section, on top right. The, in the box on the right, click on Password, fill in the blanks and save the changes. 
 
5. Forgot your password?
If you forgot your password, click on the login box on top right, and choos "forgot password". Insert then an email address in which you want to receive the new password mail. Follow the guided procedure
 
6. What to do if you changed your email address
To change your email address, enter the user profile on top right; in the page, choose "email address", fill with the new address and save the changes. Follow the guided procedure to complete the registration.

You'll find the contacts of the companies of Arriva Italia inside the Contacts page of the menu. It's always possible to search for them using the searchbar.

click on the "press release" voice in the menu, than choose the region/city you want to read the press release of the companies operating in the chosen territory
 
6. Where to find the privacy policy
You can find the privacy policy in the section "policy" in the footer, or also search for it using the searchbox
 
7. How to make a claim or report
Choose the "reports" section inside the "Contacts" voice in the menu, than choose the form and fill in the blanks with the required informations. You will receive a confirmmation mail to your email address.
 
8. How to send a CV to a company
To send a CV to a company search for the page "Work with us", either in the footer and menu, then follow the procedures. 
 
9. Where to find printable forms and timetables
Select the "Download" page in the footer, or search for the file you need in the searchbox. 
 
10. Procedure to reclaim a lost item
Choose the "reports" section inside the "Contacts" voice in the menu, than choose the form and fill in the blanks with the required informations. You will receive a confirmmation mail to your email address. Check on the "mobility card" of a company for further details.​
