In the cities and in the countries all over Europe, we are an important part of the lives of many people who use our buses, trains, taxis, coaches – and in Denmark and Italy also our water buses – to reach their work place, their school and who rely on our services for their shopping, for their recreational activities, for tourism and on many other occasions.

It goes without saying that in some areas it is a challenge to convince people to give up using their private cars and opt for public transport solutions. Having said this, the challenge is less so if the alternatives among which the customers can chose are more attractive.

We know what we can do and we know what we must to. However, operators cannot succeed if left on their own. Creating and retaining close and long-term relationships, both at a local and European level, with all our partners is a crucial part of our strategy.

The customers want to reach their destination safely, on time and without too many troubles. This is one of our most important objectives and public transport must be a choice anybody can make.
